I have a meal next wed.
i got one this sunday then they go out afterwards but gotta get up at 6am next morning to go to uni ;l
Yeh same mines this Saturday but idk if i wanna go. I'm probs gna have to tho or they won't like me
Out this Friday, 16th. It's basically just a piss up
This Friday - Most of them will be smashed after the meal.

Yeah on Friday, going to some posh place which does food I don't particularly like... Can't drink too much either as I'll be driving the next morning.
Nope :( cos no one has the same day off til after xmas and my manager says she doesnt want any1 hungover at "such an important time of year" for the shop. :/!
I don't think we are having one :( it's impossible for us all to be off at the same time in evening and we would have to get people from different shops to come work instead.

Mines on Saturday and my manager has put me in to work first thing Sunday, so I'm pissed off with her, because she gave everyone else that Sunday off because of it.

i had mine first one on the 2nd december with work and the next one on the 23rd. Its very nice cuz we all at work love each others and we usually spend time off-work with each others. So much fun to blend it with good food.
We had ours last week, we all went out for dinner and a few drinks
Had ours on the 9th. Had lunch and a lot of drinks into the night. I work for a small company but a lot of us are young so we all go pretty hard. A few minor incidences with people who got too drunk but nothing too major.
We have our official one in January, it's the same every year and we get a 3 course meal, drinks vouchers etc. I think they do it in January so people might have a little money to spend and have the ability to book it off if they want to.
I have to say, I had a really good time. Was drunk before the meal even started :PQuote:

We had an unofficial one, which was basically everyone getting really drunk. It was great. I actually loved it. All the managers got banned from a nightclub and I danced all night long without a care in the world.
our official one is in January though, I probably won't go to the meal part of it because I'll end up working it, but I'll go out for drinks afterwards and hope it'll be as good. Made a couple of new friends too ;););)
