I find it easy to speak to everyone.
I can talk to anyone really, I don't find it any easier talking to a specific age range.
Age range doesn't matter, I can talk to most people really. There is always general conversation you can have, so it isn't like the age difference will make it hard for us to talk or find something to talk about.
i can usually make friends with anyone and dont usually see age as a barrier. i am socially ok.
Definitely older and that's been the case at everywhere I've worked, all the younger staff I find to usually be so bitchy but you can have proper convos and banter with the older people
Everyone. I love talking to them all but I'm closer friends with the younger ones. they're more bitchy but tbh so am I hehe so there ya go. Also most of the older staff are in management which automatically makes it harder to be close to them just cos of status.
I tend to get along better with older ages. :)
It doesnt really matter to me. I get on well with everyone :)
I've only ever had one proper job (charity shop volunteer) a few years ago where I found I got on with older people more! Simply because all the others my age were doing it together as friends so never really fit in
With my admin job it was just me and 1 woman so bit difficult, and my work experience was adult teachers and kids!
definitely get on with older people though I think as I get interested in their history and feel more comfortable talking with them as I don't feel like they judge me as much as younger people do
i get on with literally everyone at my work including all the kids except my boss who is like a 60yrold witch
she tells me off all the times cos she thinks i talk 2 much
Yah, I get on with everyone really well.
