Who are/were you more closer to, your mum or dad?

I'm a lot more closer to my mum than my dad because my dad is more sport related which is something my twin brother is really interested in so they tend to enjoy sports together and mum and I watch films together etc. She tends to take more of an interest in my life and what happens in it then ends up passing that info onto my dad which is fair enough as he needs to know too but I don't go out of my way to talk to him about my problems because I sometimes get the feeling he's not that interested, I could be wrong though.

Dad. I'd consider it to be a gender thing. Me and mom fight a lot more too lmao

See, im the complete opposite. My mum is more laid back than my dad

i live with my mum so definitely closer to my mum. My dad is a bit of a dick and used to drink a lot and get violent with my mum so they split when I was younger but I still see him like 2 times a month and go out for dinner and stuff

Count my Mum as closer but equally really, could tell Dad everything but spend less time with him as he's at work a lot.

My mum but I get on well with my Dad too.

used to be my mum even though my dad did more for us parenting wise

then when they split up i was focused on my mum and lived with my dad, had a rough time there and a bit thing happened so lived with my mum and was so thankful for her

now i live with my mum still but we don't talk as much at all, she's never really home (travels for work and stays out for days in hotels) so don't get to chat to her enough to consider being close
see my dad once a week and we just chat randomly

not specifically close with either of my parents anymore, keep all my secrets/stories and whatnot to myself

My mum. But tbh, not really close with my family. I'm more connected with my best friends.
