Hmmm, frequent and common use of "Click here to receive daily updates from our website via e-mail"? Most of the differences I know are primarily visual rather than functional, besides that that old websites were more about texts, content and GIFs and less about Flash Player, advanced HTML tricks and user-friendly (aka idiot-proof) design!

Actually playing games online. I loved pinball and I'm glad pop ups aren't as bad as they were when I started using the internet haha.
