There's not an option for it, but I live with my parents and my sister.
That would be 'parents' (parents will imply any other family members imo)

I am gutted though because I signed for a new student house a couple of months ago with my current flatmate and two of her friends, ready for July, but now my best friend is looking for somewhere and said he would have loved us to have got a place together! Which would have been sooooo much better :'(

I live with my mum and sister, my sister moved back in a few months ago after living with her sifgnificant other for a few months but they broke up so she moved back here. The boyfriend and I have been discussing about living together recently
Alternate between my parents house and a house with my girlfriend, sister and her boyfriend.
