Just one, since I don't really consider cereal or a sandwich a meal.

Ooo, I would of expected people to eat like 3 meals but pretty much most of you only at one meal. I am surprised!

How are you guys not hungry with one??? I have 2 1/2 or 3 depending on the day plus snackssss.
2 heavy meals but I have some series of small portion of snacks in between like coffee and a biscuit.

Kinda just 1? I only have breakfast on the weekends but it's usually more like brunch. I have dinner at like half 7 every day and snack throughout but yeah prefer smaller things all day through than 3 set meals!

1 or 2 i normally miss breakfast mainly cos its too late by time i get up with my poor sleep pattern. ill have a meal before swimming then a small snack after swimming then too many snacks during the day that aint always healthy
damn wtf yall. I have 3 always or if I miss one I try to at least have something light to make up for it. I usually have to have a small breakfast in the morning and another lighter one later though because I can't eat much in the morning.

It depends on whether I'm feeling fat or not that month.
If I do feel fat, then I try to limit myself to breakfast, lunch and dinner only XD
its chore for me to eat i have to force it down my mouth most of the time maybe like, twice a day
I mostly just pick and graze throughout the day to be honest, usually sit down for one meal a day.

I literally have about 5-6 meals... They're not overly large.... but decent.. I feel I need to eat at least every couple hours.. it sucks at work
Usually three times a day. But I'm trying to go for 2 times per day. However, I do think the best meal number is 6 times but in small portions. I just don't have the ability to do them that way yet.
