What's something in your life you are quite focused on now?
At the moment I am focused on getting my fitness back, so I have improved my diet, started exercising and just generally being more active. Also cut out binge drinking so I have like two or three beers on a Friday and that is pretty much it.
How about you?
I'm currently working on healing my ankle, so I started physical therapy, and have my exercises and stuff that I have to do, so that's my main focus in life right now.
Otherwise, just getting through life and being happy
I have losing weight on my focus, but less focused lately and more "I'm half trying"
I lost like a stone recently, but almost put it back on over xmas because... well, food is life.
Haven't weighed myself in about 2-3 weeks so Idk what progress I've made in a while because I don't want that negativity in my life lmao.
Hopefully I'm going in the right direction, i mainly just wanna lose my belly fat tbh, like I'm not fat, I think I weighed 11 stone before I started eating less, and last I weighed myself I was around 10.3 stone, I wanna get under 10 stone just for the shits and giggles really lol, haven't 9 stone something in I was probably 9 lol
Also losing weight/belly lol, Oct-Nov-Dec I started getting bigger again and hate it so back to the keto diet that works for me and hoping for more nice days so that I actually feel like going out and exercising a bit
Qualifying and surviving the next year ( the stress is real)!
I forgot to mention my other little goal, to reach 30,000 posts on HxF hopefully before Easter. ;)
Being the best version of myself that i can be. I have been doing alot of soul searching and self love searching.
Focusing on getting my Master's classes done, as well as my physical and mental health.
Currently on my way back from vacation and I ate a LOT of food, so time to burn it all off LOL
I am never focused.
Currently just wanting to earn money and spend it :)

Fitness, and getting certified both academically & professionally (zapping a lot of my time & sleep tbh), and on a healing journey still from a bad breakup.
Weight loss and improving my mental health ( im always stressed or anxious )
Getting through work while it is busy and working on my masters class. I also have been sick so trying to fight that off :/
