I get really hot when I go to bed?

When I go to bed, I get really hot, and I hardly ever have the quilt on me. So usally I sleep on the floor because my mum doesn't allow me to put the fan on my bed. The question I really wanna know is... Why do I get so hot that I have to sleep on the floor :s

Do you have your windows open? that might help.

I personally freeze everynight,
But I get mosi's over here,
So have to put the fan on ;[

Its normal im like that (but i dont sleep on floor) some people are ust Hot/Cold Creatures and atm there is very low Atmospheric Pressure around so you will feel hotter at night than at day if your a Hot Creature By creature i dont meen some odd Animal its just ow the saying goes. Its nothing to worry about Try drinking lots of water just before bed time with will act as a coolant and slowly decrease your body temprature. :d

You could stop looking at them adult magazines, that would reduce your level of hot'ness.

I get hot, sometime im thinks its with this bizare weather were having, i mean today it was boiling and its mid september!

I had cross country today so i was burnin. Would be worse if it was rainin though :( Hm, Try like windin down before you go to bed like reading a book or something then when you go leave a window open and sleep in thin clothes / nothin (not being perverted) :rolleyes:

yeh its being weird these past few weeks its just being scorching with the weather

I you've been on the computer for along time before u go to bed that makes u hotter.

I get hot all the time in bed.

lol same with me, my dad is too cheap to turn on the air conditioning sometimes, so I take my bed cover and lay it on the floor and I sleep there for like 15 minutes until my bed is cold again and I go back :p

i used to have this problem it can be alot of things like

what oyu ate or drink before going to bed

your activities during the day

what you do 3 hours before going to your bed ?

what you wear when you go to bed?

and what you drink before bed time ?

review all of theese

take a cold bath and drink juice before you sleep ;OO

er....sleep in ur boxers...and dont close ur door. it gets hotter when u close it..500TH POST! :)

Boxers make you hotter. ;P Thinner and more descreet underwear is better, Lmao.
