I've spent the better part of 4 days doin this (while i ran out of ideas i made other alts and didnt do owt) rate /10 plz:

It's Ok
But it's just all the other hotels worldwide, stuck together, If you get me...to make a new hotel.
I don't liek the phone Booths, Theyre too big compared to everything else...and need more time taken on them

Lol, it looks weird, needs more background, JUST THINK WHEN IT RAINS, THE WATER WILL FALL AND FLOOD THE STAIRS! :o needs more of those background buildings, and a tad more detail, really nice :)

i like it but if there meant to be phone boxes there a bit big. Also the fountains dont go in a straight line i give it 7.5/10

Where to begin...
OK
1- You didn't make this from scratch, this is called a mix of hotels not a new hotel
2- The buildings in the backround don't go around the hotel and it looks like its the end of the earth or something
3- The Phone Box's are allmost the same size of the hotels
4- Why would anyone want 8 big pools there instead of making 1 huge one!!
5-The is way to much empty space
6-You could have filled the parking lot a lil more
