Yes. :') When you open up your stats just click the sword and it will come up with all the levels for attack and defence
Yep, 30 attack for addy weapons and 30 defence for addy armour :P

Rune weapons are around 30 - 50k. 50k max i should think. Apart from a halberd. which is 110k i think. But they aren't very good anyway.
