Hi go to www.impetuous.net and they have templates backgrounds for habbo fansite hope i helped
eh... its not that hard.. just go on paint and make a box for all the info and a navagation bar and a place for a banner then make colours.... then you can start adding habbo grafix

Eeek, i didnt mean to cause a row. :p Anyway, if you right click and save, then open it to paint, it is big. Its just Tinypic with there image problems.
