But then Today i Got banned again for the Same reason Bt Click and buy fraud and beacuse emma Said that in the email i Decided to ring NTL up

They said the following : You will not have a Bt Ip Address Beacuse Ntl have there own Ip address what we give to our customers so its habbo hotel whats banning us For no Reason

She said you had an IP address that had been BANNED for stealing credits through the BT Click and Buy method. :s

Mmmmmmm ok but i aint had Credits for the past 8 weeks got unabnned then got banned again

So you have to email them the IP, then it shud be sorted.

Umm try doing what she said unplug modem for 2 hours see if that happens.

weird... very weird..

I thought I couldnt read, then I found out about some of you.

I think it was an NTL problem. I went on some game site and read a forum but it said on it:

They are probably giving you IP addresses that were banned some time ago.

Seen it a thousand times before, You just have to keep running them through it.

I have no idea whether this will help or not, however my friend left their modem unplugged for the duartion of the night. Connected it the following morning and everything was fine.

Im just confused . You have the same IP as someone who was banned for defrauding the BT click and buy. I would cosnider change ISP mate

Just e-mail Emma, and do what she said about run etc, e-mail her the IP and she will sort it out, she is one of the nicest staff members and she is always willing to help!

Its a stupid NTL person that is confused about the 'BT' part in BT Click and Buy. You should just ask for a change in IP, (Email them the Habbo email too) and they should give you another IP address but If I remember rightly - NTL have **** customer service...
