Absolutely love the pay, hate that I'm never home as a result..
Mainly hate when I'm at the dealership to deliver cars and they sales people take more than a few minutes to come check the car in... Sometimes they have me waiting like 30 mins, then what annoys me more is when they come out and just sign for it without checking the car like they should... Obviously don't care as such, cause I get to be on my way quicker but at the same time if they weren't gonna check it in the first place then they could have come out as soon as I got there to sign for it...
I hate a lot of other pet peeves but I won't go into those lol
best = good pay, benefits, progression, networking, opportunities internal and external, freedom, support from colleagues/managers + rewarding
worst = shift work + dependent on funding so not stable, can be emotionally taxing and frustrating!
best is its pretty lax
worst is either the horrible traffic or atm i seem to be being blamed for things that arent my fault but yolo time to move soon
best = so many freebies lol, really nice staff, lots of opportunities to attend pr events, lots of exposure to different parts of the business, learning about new products before they're out is always fun too lol
worst = travelling is a bit annoying as its in an inconvenient place, it feels quite antisocial for me as I'm quite young compared to everyone else lol, i'm an apprentice so shit pay
Best - Actually being able to make an impact on pupils lives.
Worst - Probably the amount of injuries I get- unfortunately impacting my pupils lives has a downside :(
Best - good progression, incredible pension, have fun at work, good people around me
Worst - dealing with shit behaviour, poor management sometimes, long hours
Best - Good pay, and the people I work with.
Worse - dealing with adults acting like children
best = good working hours, flexible, great classes mainly, get on well with management, hot country, live nearby, own classroom
worst = travel, on my own, pay is eaten up by flying home, one or two bad classes
best = life fulfillment
worst = nothing
