Has anyone of you do yoga? I wonder about yoga. Does it really helps you? Or really, people just go for yoga to have a place to go for gossiping or something? Lol.

I so want to try and do yoga! My university accommodation hosts a yoga class every Thursday but I thought it wouldn't be popular / awkward with low attendance but so many people go and it seems like a good place to try and get to know people around campus
I've been wanting to get into Yoga to get another kind of exercise in my routine. I would love to start doing it during the summer, too, so I can do yoga on the beach :P
I do yoga once or twice a week, it's great and I highly recommend it. It's helped a lot with my anger issues
I can't stand Yoga, i just find it all way to funny, i just end up laughing rather than doing it.
I wish I could get over myself though.
I did a lot of yoga growing up when I played the sports. It was really good for gaining flexibility, managing back pain, and just a great de-stress. I wish I had the time to do it now but just don't
It also definitely has a bit of a learning hump. You feel silly for the first little while but then you suddenly realize "holy cow, this is actually working"
I like the idea of doing yoga...
I don't like doing it all tho I would not mind maybe doing in the future.
It's something I've been interested in to be fair, but never have the chance to get to do it.
I hear it is good... especially for mental health... however I can’t stay seated or focus on breathing techniques for so long. My mind is too active for this [emoji28]
