!!!!!!!! the last job I quit I felt EXTREMELY guilty and my boss made it worse... She cried, asked what happened, begged me to stay, kept asking if I was sure... then the last week of my two weeks notice, she completely iced me out and everyone else did the same. I felt less guilty after that and then I started feeling so much better.
I hope you feel less guilty ASAP! We all have to do what's best for us!
:( Horrible when you have to do stuff like this!
But you can get through this! On to better and bigger things I hope :O
i need a change and that, but learnt so much from past 3 years here. Kids are actually my mates.
most of them are taking next stage exams in June (I finish end of June) so at least I can say i've got them through a massive chunk of their Cambridge English.
But need to do whats best for me tbh
I think you only ever feel guilty about leaving job when its a decent job with decent colleagues etc...
but I'm sure that I'm sure that they'll understand, nothing lasts forever eh?
How cool am I seeing this thread title and thinking "but you don't work here???" because obviously everything is Habbox
When I left my last job they were initially nice and being like what can we do to make you stay then I had my exit interview in which I gave my honest opinions and they told me I only think they're not great managers because I don't understand what management is about. lololololololol
No I'd asked someone slightly less senior (who liked me) to do the reference already lol also it's very illegal to give a bad reference just because someone challenges you on the way you operate, if they do so without evidence that you were a bad worker you can take them to court for damages
@FlyingJesus;
ahh see I never knew all that!
I'm not worried about my reference here, they don't want me to leave and have said you've been 10/10. Happy days.
