i think you should get a special "i dontated to habbo" or "habbo uses my images" badge
plus if anyone ever wants to get around this its not that hard....and no if someone drew a picture of a habbo sulake would NOT own it UNLESS its a RT or TM which would require them having quiet a large filing on those, or they could just register the face

If someone drew an image from scratch and it looked remotely Habbo-like, would they be able claim that as theirs?

Just imagine a person painted a picture and it was worth like £10 million and it loked slightly liked habo
