Deep sorrows of the world

If I were strong enough to save the world, I would
But with you I feel weaker than what I should
Perhaps it is best that we be just be friends
Best we make with our wrongs, amends.

Simple though it sounds, once we knew no bounds
Restricted we now are, deaf to the woeful sounds
Do we lack the sense to see?
That just in front of us is our true enemy

Right now, Screams of suffering can be heard
Listen, can you hear? It’s not at all now absurd
Let us come together, we are stronger as one
Fight the surrounding evils, until it is finally done.
