    Default The Feel Great Formula :]

    Confidence is one of the main factors of a young persons life that young people lack most. Many young teens don't have much confidence. I've wrote a few short tips to try to help you boost your confidence. I hope it helps.

    Confidence
    There are lots of ways to boost your confidence and the soloutions are simple. There as easy as sayin A,B, C. Each one of these soloutions boosts your confidence.
    1. Smile - Give them a brush morning and night, a floss and also use mothwash. Then you can show off them great teeth and fab smile. When you smile happy chemicals are released in the body.
    2. Be Positive - Nodding your head after you have made a decision reinforces that you have made the right decision.
    3. Fake It - Act more outgoing even if you don't feel like it.
    4. Kissing - People who kiss everday feel happier and live up to 5 years longer than those who don't kiss everyday.
    5. Be Clean - Taking a shower or a bath every night boosts your confident because it makes you feel fresh and clean.
    6. Exercise - Exercising every day makes you feel happier and better about yourself.

    But None Of that Works... If Your Life Is Terrible to Beguin With!.... You get Bullyied by friends ... You Have no friends... you hav a terrible past becos what a girl did to you and she then spread lies almost making u kill yourself but now the rumours she spread everygirl in the Local Area Beleifs and hates them for it.... oh and you exersize and you still get proven to be week and horrible

    I do most of that and yet my school life still is stupid as hell.

    But i choose not to dwell on it, and get on with my life

    You obviously have some negativity in your life as I've seen from previous threads, maybe you ought to benefit from some confidence and take on life in its most.
    Confidence can be gained through a a range of things, some from above ^^

    Exercise is a great way to gain confidence, joining a GYM is a way in which you can increase your social life. It also decreases alot of unwanted stress that can dwell on your confidence, therefore, exercise is something that can help prevent stress and allows you to focus more on how you approach life.
    You've got to be mentally strong to increase your confidence, it isn't something you can switch on, (unless your drunk :rolleyes: ) apart from that, you have to train yourself in order to achieve your targets.

    I agree on that, Thats why i try not to dwell and go to the gym every other day.

    Also i take a bath or a shower every day.

    As my college and work both together are time consuming, I'm normally tired when I get back home. I try to exercise because I know its good for me and keeps me feeling better with myself. I feel exercise is plays a role in my life and it releives stress or troubles which sometimes I really don't need

    I also sleep with special stuff, to clear my sinus's which is supposed to relieve stress.

    Cool, I have something similar, its like a vaseline type oil balm that helps releive stress, helps with your sleep and also does the job of clearing your sinuses. It takes effect after a week or so using it.

    Also, I put a few drops of Oil Bas onto my pillow before going to bed, it mainly helps unblock your sinuses and allows you a better sleep
