Im lvl 43 aiming for lvl 53 shall I steal from guards all the way until im lvl 53 or stop at 45?

Farmers, or rouges in the wildy. When you're high enough though you should pick lock the safes with lots of games necklases, and when you die just tele back. Also you can get the jewls for making the necklases from the safes.

I might steal from guards until 45 thieving and then i would be able to steal from relleka guards but cooolkill said its hard to steal from them this is one boring skill.

Get to 45 then steal from Fremennik's, that got me to 53 in under a hour.
