Furni desappearing :(

I'm so upset. My friend sent me a prezzie that I opened this morning. It was a cake (those 4 credits cake) I went to put it down in a room and what a surprise the cake was no longer in my hand but I had a blue gingerbread man in my hand that I did not have before. I put down the gingerbread man in disbelief to show my friend then I piked it up again hoping the cake would come bak. I looked back in my hand and no more gingerbread man and still no cake. Then they had that habbo hotel update this morning. I logged back on after the update and still no trace of the cake
I know its only 4 credits but how can that desappear ??????????
I wrote to habbo but I have no proof of the desappearance of the cake even if they can check my friend's spending and see that in fact she did send it
I thought furni was safe and could not desappear. Can someone help me

I've heard of furni disappearing before and that is mostly due to lag. People have tried to put something down and it has disappeared then gone back on the next day or later on and it was there. Unless there is really bad lag then I don't really know what could have happened to it, unless it's in the walls somehow.

The cake never reappeared and I wrote twice to habbo and they never answered me. My mom wrote too and they never answered her. She won't let me buy any more credits now saying they dont follow up on issues and worst they dont answer mails
Why do they have the possibility to write to them if they don't answerCan someone help me

All I would suggest is to make sure that you're sending them under the correct category and then all you can do is wait really. It's up to them to reply so I don't think there's much else you could do.
