    Lightbulb Exercise Your Way To Fitness

    Most of us nowadays dont get enough exercise as we should.So therefore I have made a thread showing you some exercises that could make you fit in no time.

    Did You Know?

    - Texting Helps Your Fingers
    - Smiling Helps Your Face Muscles
    - Laughing Burns Calories

    Exercises

    Stretch #1

    1)Sit on the edge of your bed with your feet on the floor.
    2)Bend over reaching your hands toward your feet on the floot.
    3)Arch your back.
    4)Hold for a count of 10.
    5)Repeat 5 more times.

    Stretch #2

    1)Remain seated on the edge of your bed with your feet on the floor.
    2)Rotate your neck in a circle touching your ears to your shoulders.
    3)Rotate slowly in a clockwise direction 5 times.
    4)Rotate slowly in a counter clockwise direction 5 times.

    Stretch #3

    1)Stand next to your bed.
    2)Lace your fingers together.
    3)Raise your hands above your head palms upward.
    4)Lift up stretching your rib cage.
    5)Hold for a count of 10.
    6)Repeat 5 more times

    Tip: These are good for mornings

    Hamstring Stretch

    1) Sit on the floor with both legs out straight.
    2) Extend your arms and reach forward, by bending at the waist, as far as possible while keeping your knees straight
    3) Hold this position for 10 seconds
    4) Relax
    5) Repeat

    Neck Stretch

    1) Gently turn your head to the left, looking over your left shoulder.
    2) Stop when a stretch is felt in the right side of your neck.
    3) Hold position for 20 seconds.
    4) Return to starting position. (neck in midline position)
    5) Repeat above stretch 5 more times.
    6) Gently turn your head to the right, looking over your right shoulder.
    7) Stop when a stretch is felt in the left side of your neck.
    8) Hold position for 20 seconds.
    9) Return to starting position. (neck in midline position)
    10) Repeat above stretch 5 more times.

    Back Stretch

    1) Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor
    2) Place your bands on the back of your thighs and pull your legs toward your chest
    3) Pull until a gentle stretch is felt
    4) Hold for 15 seconds
    5) Return to the starting position
    6) Repeat 10 more times

    I Hope this helps you all You need to do this on a daily basis I reccomend once or twice a day.
