It does nothing except serves as the main item for 'Goblin Diplomacy'. If you're not doing that or you have done it, sell it to a general store or drop it.

it is used for missions like danny said...whatever u call em i forgot long time since i played it

It is only used for the Goblin Diplomacy, you dye it. Higher levels tend to leave this item lieing around, so pick it up if you get the chance, and sell it to the General Store across the bridge. That's how i started making lots of money.
