In Need of a 'DJ Message'/'DJ Says'

Hey! I need to find a tutorial somewhere which will tell me how to make a DJ Message system, not based around Cutenews. I've had one before, and it worked. My site then got hacked, ever since the site just cannot remember the infomation which is being submitted. Does anyone has a script for a DJ Message system? If so, please tell me!

It would be better if you setup a tutorial, for yourself and myself.

1) You would get some reputation of other users who also need this script.
2) I don't like downloading or accepting internet files which im not to sure of
3) I do not want to give you my sites cPanel password.
