Well, with the Habbo3D project officially "retired" i can concentrate on getting a few other projects finished, the minihotel project being the top priority, with this in mind i've been spending any free hour here and there filling in bits and pieces and working on the centrepiece building, which i have included in this latest update image, this building is still very much a work in progress and i could use a few ideas as to what to do with the centre column/roof area of the structure.

At the moment i have a kinda dome covered area sorta deal going on but i'm not sure i like it, even then i'm not sure what to put in it as there are already a large amount of green areas in the scene so another park would be overkill, i did think about losing the whole top completely and adding a 3rd roof screen, but again i'm stuck for ideas, any input here would be cool.

As for the rest of the scene, i'm just flitting around the whole image and filling in stuff as i go along, no particular order or anything, i knocked up a little container ship to fill in some of the seaside area as i thought there was a little too much blank space going on there, i'll probably add some more detail to the beach as well.

So, anything anyone notices that needs looking at or any ideas especially for my roof dilemma are always welcome.

Don't take this personally but you have no idea just how sick to death i am of spending the little spare time i have doing this stuff only to have someone try to say that i've stolen it somehow, if you don't have absolute proof then don't say anything, it's these types of comments that makes me want to dump the whole lot in the trash and not bother anymore, perhaps i'll stick to 3D stuff in future, at least people cant say i stole those from other forum users....

I appreciate that which is why i didn't want you to take it personally, the problem is that it seems whenever i've posted something from this project from the start i've had someone say "i've seen that somewhere before" and "you stole that from blah blah" etc etc, thing is it's the opposite way round, not only am i having to constantly justify my work but i'm also having to chase up a few people who have actually ripped from me, so naturally i tend to get a bit ruffled when these types of comments are made. :s

Anyhoo, for future reference, there's a very definate signiture in the image that shows it's mine, in the top right corner there are a group of buildings that spell out the letters "FDB", there are other buildings in the scene that contain other words which will also make clear what my intention is for the final piece.

Saying all that, the positive comments i get are more than appreciated, it's only those that inspire me to continue really.

i really like how its coming along - it looks ace ^^

i think i know what your doing on the middle building but i won't say

i also like the built in water marks (you know what i mean)

one last thing on the spanish hotel (i think - the top left one) i think you should carry the left cliff on because at the moment to just stops suddenly.

Overall Keep up the good work its amazing.

In the bottom right, the cargo ship just doesn't look right but I can't tell how, I think the hull is too thin :s The fountains don't quite seem isometric either. Oh yeah, hotel in top left, the rocks suddenly stop. Dam you Foxmoth.

Thats the only problematic things I can see, other than that it's awesome.

like propergander said; on the boat i think the bottom should come down more before it hits the water
