Where to train range

Im 50 range atm.

Also should i use knives or bow + arrows?

Use knives I would, and i'd train at moss giants/ogres

What level are orges, where, and is there a good ranging spot?

Knives/Darts (Iron and above) at Rock Crabs till 60.

Then 60 to 65 train at Moss Giants (no specific location) with bow.

Then 65 to 85 train at Fire Giants in Waterfall with any range weapon.

Then 85+ I recommend make your own arrows (saves money) or if you can afford it buy around 50k+ Iron arrows and camp out at Greater Demons in the Ogre City cave.
