There's lots of pixel errors, and you need to make the pool look as if it actually has water in it.. like SHADING

As for the result...
Loads of p/e,
Very flat looking,
No great detail (just re-coloured squares),
Pretty basic cut and paste.
Keep at it (Take a look at the tubmaster for some detail, i.e. bubbles etc.).
