As soon as my Stepmum plugged hers in, it put all her images, music and videos onto the iPod automatically.

I've tried that Kaye. It's really puzzled me, cos i also thought it would do that Jordan.. but it only put my music on. I put all my Photos on by going to the iPod icon at the bottom. Normally, I would be able to press a button that says; Automatically download all things to do with this. But it wont let me click it.

Maybe you can only put videos obtained from iTunes on it?

If that fails, read the instructions, it should tell you on either.

Use itunes buy the video's. Then when done downloading, click your iPod's section on the navigation bar, and 'update iPod'.

It'll go on it automatically and seen as you used iTunes it'll be the perfect file type .aac, quality and legal!

My bro got one, he downloaded most videos from websites and they worked. Some of his music videos didnt, so i-pod recommended using quick time something or the other to change the format :s It has recommendations on the apple site, also their forum is really good for advice.
