Browse
Click the Picture
Get the url it gives you
Then put the address between [IMG] HERE [/IMG]

Copy & paste
''Hotlink for forum 1'' or something like that.. then you dont need [IMG]

Thats just confused me - but ty for helping

Press print screen, paste into paint, save that,go to imageshack.us,
click browse, select the image you want hosted, then copy the url in
'hotlink for forums 1' , paste onto your post/thread and you have an image

=)
