At the end of this week, I have to stand up in the front of the class, and say a 2 minute speech, with no paper in fron of me.

I'm going to freak out. Forget my lines.

Anybody know how I can calm my self down and remember my lines?

Lol, haha. Its either on Thurs/Fri.

But my voice has gone. I can hardly speak. Its got to be roughly 2/3 sides long.

Don't stick to an exact script. Create a basic outline of what you want to say and some jokes you could put it. Then just go through the list in your head talking about each one in turn.
