every day we woke up and eat breakfast and sometimes we dont
and den after maybe 4 or 5 hours we eat lunch and dinner
but did u eva think wht happens if we eat more dan dat
of course u thought about fattnes
tht is wht i am talkin about
i hve a friend in ma skwl she eats alot like she eats abillion times in a day
she has a big meal of breakfast
den keeps eatin sweats den has dinner and lucnh den she eats lots of choklates
and drinks alot of coc
tht u one day she was runnin and she fell a very simple fall
and she BROKE HER LEG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so tht is called fattnes ppl now not all of dem but about 15% of the ppl
r fat!
sometimes they r bron fat (no fence )
but they do hve some ways to get rid of tht fattnes
like they hve a diet
the c a donut
they eat it
and say tht they will start there diet 2morrow and tht happens evryday untill they r fat
so ppl i am just tellin u to less frm ur eatin alil coz 1st of all god created us with a healthy
body and we come and destroy it by eating alotttttttttt
tht is all i am tellin u and maybe if u want some help ask for it but neva stay fat
