When you enetered your email, name, real name... were you guys redirected to a application that needed your phone number, adress, and other presonal needs?

The USA one looks fishy because it looks like a Hobba application.

Yes this is the case, it is meant to redirect you as the first page where you enter your name etc is checking you with the system to make sure that you fit the criteria. The second section appears when you are sucessful and needs to be filled in.
