Help with Xbox Live?

Can anyone help me out with Xbox Live?

I'm trying to redeem the free 1 month Xbox Live Gold that you get with a Premium, and I've got as far as having to choose which membership I want. However there's no option to get my 1 month Xbox Live Gold for free. Do I just choose Silver and then it upgrades itself, or what?

ok 1 month free,yer is when it runs out it runs out but silver is unlimted and gold you have to pay for ether evey month or year.

That's not what I was on about but thanks anyway

I solved the problem though, so a Mod can close the thread or whatnot now.
