    They always have a reserve price =p

    'reserve not met' so it could be lie £25

    so he wont sell until the reserve has been met, unless hes feeling generous

    Also, teh seller can decide if he wants to sell it at the price or not

    Nope, they've obviously got a reserve price of what they want it to atleast sell for, so for example, if they wanted £40 for it, the bidders would choose to bid up to that amount or if there really desperate they'll bid even higher. And so for the seller, they've made profit..
