you sound a bit selfish, calling your friend dumb because hes giving his stuff to noobs rather than to you :s I eman its his decision and I find runescape is great for people helping out.

Lol I wouldnt give it to lvl 3s as some of them are have mains so your basically
giving free items to someone who maybe richer than you already.

But He maybe giving to lvl 3s because they need it more than you...

And your friend probably gave enough to you already...

well, i wouldnt call him dumb for that, its quite a nice thing to do to give your stuff to newcomers to give them an extra headstart, nothing dumb about it at all

people done that with me, thats why i said tehy are good for helping out. I admit they still have the real noobs who only have the word noob in their vocab apart from noo or oob( typing errors as they mean to say noob)
