Ok, this might not help people at all, but it might so ill post it any way,

For free MySQL databases just go to www.freesql.org this might come in handy if your host does not have unlimited databases like mine.

If you do it from localhost you cant get other people to host your databases unless you get permission from the person I think..

Youd use an ip thogh no local host if your useing off site dbs... "/
