    I suggest using none of the above hosts. Piczo does not offer you to write your own HTML or CSS last time I looked and freewebs does not support PHP or mySQL which is needed on most sites really.

    I suggest paying for a professional host or finding a good PHP supporting free host which actually tells you the Data transfer and Disk Space which you are allowed to use.
