Not too sure sorry, ive never needed to phone them direct. It may be an automated system, or the secutary etc.

i will just tell them my situation cause the habbo help tool is down now and i cant afford to be banned for this long

You should only call sulake if you have a problem regarding being hacked or glitches which have affected your habbo.

When your banned, they say you should use the habbo help tool to appeal against it.

So you can either wait till the ban is over or appeal.

Then I would say you need to go to Sulake offices and tell them the problem.
