when at the doctors, a dog jumped into my car, i was in it and had the door open coz i was feeling ill, it has no collar and was running around like mad, it might be pregnant and it is a girl, the vets are closed so we cant get it there to scan its micro chip, what should we do??

You could always keep it for a night? Outside, or whatever. Just dont abandon it. Wait for the Vets to re-open.

Ring the rspca people. The people that look after animals and that. See what they can do. I think thats the right people.
