Most of them are usually coded in either Actionscript or Macromedia Director and Lingo.

There are other ways to code them but these would win in most times. It takes a lot of money and patience and skill to create an online virtual chat.

i wouldnt mind learning how to make them, it would be a project, its hard, take alot of time, but i wouldnt mind learning lingo, ne where i can learn it, ne tutorials?

Best chance is to learn professionaly. Ask your ICT teacher if he knows where you can learn. Buy books, or rent fromt he library. Get tutored by an expert (Costs money obviously)
