What a complete waste of time it is.

- You send an email off it
- You get a auto-reply to your email
- If you're lucky you get a response, weeks later
- Your response is useless and asks you to re-use the help tool
!!!!!!

Does anyone else feel that the word "help" in help tool should be changed to a word that actually means what it does.
