I need some C&C on this layout :D.

I made this from scratch no tutorials all outa my own head but i need some improvements i think . So please post with some imprvements and a rating .

Also there are only 3 boxes i will duplicate when coding so there are more .

I have to say that's really not nice. The gradients and colours are really off and the drop shadows don't fit the design at all.
