Ok, I want to start a forum, Its no problem install it upload etc, I know the routine, But i cant decide which software. I wanna use something free, Like Phpbb, ipb 2.0, 1.3.1, If i use phpbb i can get loads of hacks and skins, But i hate the way phpbb looks and acts. I can use ipb 2.0, but i heard it was illegal to run after a certain date. Then there ipb 1.3 theres not many hacks and i hear it has alot of exploits. If you guys were me what would you choose to run a Habbo forum on?

Well over my Experience, if you want LOADS of Hacks then phpBB but dont forget some hacks can make your forum UnSecure. But Personally IPB is my Fav. For Paid I would Like vB but its too expensive for a Pre-Teen like me.
