As for the community manager questions.

The Community Manager is responsible for implementing Sulake community guidelines and policies locally, regarding customer care, moderation and online safety. He/she is also responsible for training and managing the moderator and customer care teams.

The Community Manager is also the administrator of the Game Experts programme. He/she contributes their own expertise and knowledge of the product to the local PR planning and partnership. The Community Manager reports to the Country Manager and works closely with the Site Producer.
