You can't say to me that you havn't been to that website, as all of the headings are the same. Also, if you havn't been to the website, the footer is also the same. Yet you have failed to delete the "-" after All right reserved. If you were doing a footer normall it would be "Copyright (C) 2006 - All rights reserved" Not " --//-- 2006 - All rights reserved -"

But yes anyway, The width looks the same, where the headings are placed looks the same, you have also included the marquee section which looks in the same place too. One thing I dont like about this is that it has an image as a background, therefore it will only be set to one persons' screen size, which I hate. You also have a flaw in a design perspective, if you are a true website designer, you never have images pointing away (the pencill at the bottom) you always have thing pointing towards the text (as it makes the viewer follow the image to read the text).
