i dont think habbo have explained the competition very well, however this may hve been one of the fairies.

If you spot a fairy whizzing around the Hotel, take a picture and stick it in Callie's 'Fairy Finders' room. Don’t forget to put your Habbo name in the picture description or we won’t know who took the picture.

it explains that if you see a fairy, take a pic and post it in the room, one of the comp fairies was undoubtedly kicked from HxHd earlier.

ok, to make sure everybody is clear, if you see a habbo with fairy in their name, take a piccy (with habbo camera) and leave it in callie's room.

Also, do you have to take a pic of the actual fairy, or the fairy's name/mission thing?

yes but im sure habbo have taken steps to prevent that. Habbo staff will have a list of all the participating faires aswell.
