2 steps, 1. Stop connecting to the internet, while you are, your at risk, while your not its perfectly safe.
Download avg + adaware on another computer, transfer install to that computer, run the scans, clean the pc.

Pc is fine. Use firefox, hey prsto, half the worlds spyware isnt sneeking in threw IE
