Pretty much. Hobbas on USA Habbo have far less responsibilities currently than on other hotels, and this is probably because there are less Habbos on USA Habbo at the moment. I expect that when more people go to USA Habbo the application age will rise to 16 or 18.
I don't know why they're not letting the Hobbas put "silver" and "on/off duty" in their missions, as many UK Hobbas do this. What is a tartlog :s?
