I doubt any of the Habbo Council or Habbo X's told you what the next rare out is, They aren't allowed to give out any confidential information that we are told.

They will be released in the next year or so. The actual page on the homepage about clothing says they are worth 13 credits it doesn't say they will retail at 13 credits.
