I just completed mage arena, I trained my spell, and when i got out, a guy with a whip pked me.
I lsot 500 deaths, 1k fires,500 airs and a sara cape.
Is there any way for me to get my cape back?

Go back to the mage arena, go into that little whirlpool, then walk up north and pray at the statue of Saradomin for Saradomin cape.

The same way you got it. Go down into the mage bank and go through the water and pray at the saradomin statue.
