You lot are so bothered about all these fancy things, they want something that is ACCESSABLE for everybody, BBC is designed for everybody, if your 4-90. It doesnt have to 'flash' or anything. It has to look simple and work well.

You only have to sacrivce good design for acceiblty if you suck at designing pages, Any decent webdesign should be able to make a site both look flash, and be complaty accessable "/

Plus the actal description does say web 2.0 which implys more interactivly and control in whats shown, use of new and emerging tecqniutes, Ajax for exsample, to give a seemless exsperince "/

My critsaim would be the "read more links" look realy plasted on and doent seem particaly well positioned, althogh if the design wasnt as good as it is, this woulnt be noticeable, as i do like your design, alot more than many of the other enteries ive glanced at.
